Quality Inn & Suites Greenville - Haywood Mall

Clean & very quiet, when we arrived we were a bit skeptical because the place looked quite & deserted. Upon entering the lobby it was a difference, kay the lady that checked me in was very polite and kind. Firm bed well relaxed

The room had a strong smell of smoke, even in the bedding. It was an unsafe location with a lot of commotion. We did not stay there. We decided against it and obtained a refund. We were in and out of the room within 10 minutes.

Restaurants nearby. Staff a little preoccupied with something(?) at our arrival. Good attention rest of stay . Room clean and odor free. Breakfast ok.

Rooms had burn marks everywhere, further more ,we got over charged. I didn’t know anything about a $250 deposit

My sheet had a cigarette burn, the walls were paper thin and the police stopped by twice to deal with the rowdy crowd in the parking lot. Will never stay there again. The room also smelled like ****.

The room was clean. The TV and remote were outdated. Our stay would have been fine except for a hot rod club staying at hotel-rowdy, noisy people and cars and radio/music blaring half the night. The police did come but the noise continued early morning. Hotel staff were polite and friendly.
