Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville / Woodruff Rd

The location of the hotel was good. But the rooms were not clean at all. The first room I was in had cockroaches in the closet and on the table. I told the front desk and they moved to another room. In the second room I woke up to a large cockroach on the floor. I told the front desk about it and showed them videos and they assured me that they were going to deep clean my room. I came back from work and instead of cleaning my room they moved me to another. When I went to grab my belongings from the room there was another large cockroach in the bathroom. I told the front desk about it and they pretended like nothing was wrong and that everything was completely normal. Idk but someone came up to me about cockroaches in rooms I would take it seriously. The likelihood of there being an infestation is high. I hope they take this seriously and shut down for exterminators. I had to take all my belongings to a cleanser to make sure I didn't spread anything.

We were so pleased with excellent service, cleanliness, and location of the establishment. The breakfast is self serve. It would be nice to offer a little more to eat. We would stay there again.
