Cons: visible roaches inside and outside room, multiple report of bedbugs. Mattresses visibly soiled. Dated rooms.
Understaffed/Rude staff. Lack of perceived concern and interest from front desk attendant and manager when hotel resident has a valid complaint. Residents redirected to manager who does not pick up and voicemail is either full or doesn’t accept messages.
After waiting 30 mins to be checked in. I was told by another patron that the front desk clerk had been working the entire shift with no break, she stated she was only staff member on duty for this three story hotel. No maintenance, no cleaning crew, just a front desk worker. My friend who stayed on the 3rd floor reported a broken toilet and was told to fix it as a room change was not possible and no one else was on site at 4PM. My room appeared clean but had a visibly soiled mattress when checked.
When returning with food, we were approached by a gentleman who told us, his eight friends were all checking out of the hotel due to roaches and bedbugs. They stated they were staying in 3 different rooms on all three floors and all rooms had a problem with roaches and/or bedbugs. I brought food to room and placed it on the room dresser a small brown roach was seen crawling on the outside container less than 3 mins after being placed there.
After checking my friend’s room we found red/maroon spotting along with bedbug like insect carcasses! I took videos & photos.Front desk attendant amber was rude!
