The room was fine and the location was fine but the staff however could use a bit of work …. I will leave it at that because I have nothing nice to say

Plan on paying upfront and if you have to leave early, they have already charged you for every night so no early checkout. It is not free WiFi except one piece of equipment per room, not per person. Fee to add other piece of equipment. Dog friendly.

Staff very helpful. They came with a maintenance man to troubleshoot our thermostat within two minutes of our call to front desk. No frills here, but i would recommend if you’re not going to be in the hotel room much—not completely comfortable for sitting or relaxing.

Check in was nice and easy, staff was courteous. The room was nice as well, there were a couple small stains on the counter top and shower, but notbing major. Was nice to have a full size fridge and feezer (even though we only stayed one night), and the stand up shower with glass doors (not a tub w/curtain) was pleasant. No breakfast offered was something I wasnt aware of, thats probably the biggest negative. But overall a nice place at a good price! Definitely would consider staying again.

I had an amazing stay at WoodSpring Suites Greenville Haywood Mall. The location is perfect—right near Haywood Mall with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and stores nearby. It made everything very convenient during my trip, and it was easy to get around the Greenville area. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the kitchenette with the full-size refrigerator and microwave. It made the stay feel more like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of space to relax after a long day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Check-in was smooth and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and welcoming. For the price and the location, this place is an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville who wants a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So much screaming and kids running up and down the halls. Dogs barking. Wasn't in a fantastic area. No ice machine and no breakfast but the staff were all wonderful and helpful!

The beds/mattresses were low quality and uncomfortable. It would appear that this hotel is being used by quite a few people as permanent housing. Overall, decent 1-2 night place to stay for the price, but probably would not stay again. (*Note: They do charge a per night fee for your dog.)

The room was comfortable but the environment in the hallway at night is busy with the residents who live there. I would suggest that all live in residents be placed on the same floor due to the amount of traffic throughout the night.

The website glitched and booked the wrong days. I explained to the person at the counter that i attempted to book the room for December 6th multiple times and it kept changing the date to the 8th. During my final attempt to check out, it said I was booking for the 6th so I continued with payment. When I drove hours to get to the hotel they said the reservation was for the 8th. I called customer service and they refused to refund. Horrible when things out of your hands cost you almost $100 with no refund even though you are not at fault. ESPECIALLY during the holidays. I will never return here.. HORRIBLE policy.
