Beautiful place! Excellent, friendly staff! Beautiful views and art, wonderful dining

We enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

Lovely property in the heart of downtown Greenville. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, we found beds to be rather soft and not very supportive. We had a partial view of the river and Falls Park. The hotel has several solaces dedicated to artwork, a restaurant and bar. Good was fine. We were hoping higher quality and variety but I’d say is elevated hotel food. Nothing too special. Front desk and Valet were excellent, rooms were clean and location perfect if you like downtown Greenville. I wish the had complimentary water in rooms but they do offer water for purchase for $7 a bottle which feels a little high specially for the hotel class and price. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Front desk knows our opinion as we did face a couple of issues during our stay. The price for the hotel room does not really match the quality of it. Hotel is beautiful but that’s about it

Beautiful surroundings, great staff teamwork with positive attitudes. Rooms provided comfortable beds with great bedding. Offers robes, in rooms. Especially has restaurants and spa facilities on premises. All provides travelers a better experience with these conveniences. Thank you

The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was very low. It took quite a while for the hot water to come. The breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was cold. None of the breakfast was really hot. Location is fantastic.

Everything was wonderful. Great restaurant and vibe. So glad we made this choice
