Terrible experience in a dirty apartment. We stayed there only one night.. and that was more than enough! There was a very bad smell in the apartment which was difficult to tolerate, the carpet was dirty, the doors of all closets/wardrobes were broken. Overall awful experience!

The staff was eager to remedy any deficiency after being approached. The bathroom has seen its best years. Toilet yellow, shower head splashes, no power for the hairdryer. For breakfast you have to go through a dark corridor (not lit) to the dining room.
There is a lot of mould on the walls above the egg cooker. The cooker itself was not cleaned during the days. There were no eggs anyway.
If you arrive for lunch, be sure to check the email.
Everything is limited to the minimum.

Clim non fonctionnel, store bloquée (et balcons qui communiquent entre les chambres), ascenseurs en panne, personnel qui n'a aucune possibilités d'action pour résoudre les situations.
En conclusion : nuit détestable dans une fournaise !

Résidence qui aurait besoin d'un vrai rafraichissement aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs (l'accès à la salle de petit déjeuner est limite "effrayant"). Il serait également bien de déplier les lits des placards quand la chambre est occupée..c'est assez étrange d'arriver dans une chambre sans lit "visible"

La réception n'est ouverte qu'en journée, il est donc quasiment impossible de rencontrer quelqu'un. Absence de serviettes dans l'appartement de collègues, pas d'ustensiles de cuisine dans mon appart, fauteuil défoncé.

Très déçus car nous avons dû stationner dans la rue car le parking n'etait pas accessible d'après l'accueil (barrière en panne). Notre voiture a été fracturée pendant la nuit. Bilan vitre brisée et toutes nos affaires volées. Sinon chambres et accueil très bien.

Hôtel avec des signes d’usure qui mérite un rafraîchissement.
Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.
L’accueil est ouvert seulement dans la journée ; vu mes contraintes je n’ai rencontré aucun personnel de l’hôtel.
Les 8&9 janvier, le couloir du 4ème étage mérite au minimum un passage d’aspirateur.
Du mobilier de cuisine abîmé chambre 402 (porte sous l’évier absente).
Isolation phonique insuffisante : de la chambre 402 on entend les bruits venant de la 403.
