Grand Mercure Solo Baru

Location is good in solo baru but the hotel is old and need more maintenance

It is ok just need to pay attention to cleanliness of bedsheets or pillows cover Two medium size shopping mail nearby

Good, location is superb, next to 2 big malls, the park and pakuwon mall. Recommended! Would be better if have direct access to the mall

Thank you for arranging the hotel in a clean and silent. Sleep very well. The Christmas tree decoration is quite nice.

I stayed at this hotel and found it clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly, the room was well soundproofed, and the air conditioning was cold and effective. Overall, a pleasant stay with good comfort and service.

A decade ago, this hotel had a connecting door to a huge shopping mall next door. For some reasons, that door is blocked now. This makes going to that mall requires an extra effort. Everything else is as good as it gets. The price is very competitive, the location is convenient. The service could have been better, when we checked in, nobody offered us any help with our luggages. The concierge was not visible and the front desk staff also did not as whether we needed any help with our luggages.

Great location, great service. We stayed for 2 nights, and enjoyed the stay and the pool. Breakfast is allright, all halal in the menu. The only thing they need to provide are small towels and hand towels, also conditioner. When we got in, the bathroom only provided 2 large bath towels, no other towels.
