Perfect location (close to the beach), absolut friendly staff, excellent services. We can highly recommend it. The view is wonderful. Grottamare is an ideal place for rest and relax. We stayed here for two weeks and we loved all days.

Eravamo già stati al Costa Smeralda 2 anni fa e quest'anno ci siamo trovati se possibile ancora meglio! Abbiamo soggiornato in un monocale che nonostante le dimensioni è risultato comodo e ben attrezzato.Pulizia sempre al top, cortesia del personale,spiaggia attrezzata a 2 passi (ombrellone e lettini compresi nel prezzo dell'appartamento). Menzione a parte merita la Signora Claudia, titolare della struttura, che svolge il suo lavoro con grande competenza,gentilezza e simpatia.Cosa rara al giorno d'oggi,i prezzi sono pressoché invariati rispetto a 2 anni fa. Speriamo di tornarci presto.

Struttura a pochi passi dal mare,super pulita e curata nei minimi particolari.La piscina e l'ambiente intorno un 10 e lode.Merito della proprietaria,la signora Claudia cordiale e disponibile.Posto auto.noleggio bici.wifi bar.Cosa si potrebbe chiedere di più ?

È la seconda volta che vodo in questo residence.,..e ci ritornò molto volentieri. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento accogliente e pulito, posizione ottima. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Siamo stati per una settimana in questa struttura; abbiamo scelto un bilocale per essendo in due per avere un po’ più di spazio e comodità. Il residence è accogliente e pulito. La signora Claudia, la proprietaria, molto disponibile e gentile, pronta a dare consigli su acquisti e visite nei dintorni. È stata anche organizzata una visita al Borgo Antico di Grottammare con un trenino, con del tempo libro per visitare in tranquillità il luogo. L’unica criticità è la vicinanza alla ferrovia: gli appartamenti hanno però dei buoni serramenti e di notte con l’aria condizionata al minimo, il rumore non si avverte. Esperienza quindi molto positiva, è stata una settimana rilassante e ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Ho soggiornato al residence in diversi mesi. Aperto anche nei mesi invernali, ottimo per chi come me viaggia per lavoro. In inverno dotato di riscaldamento autogestito in stanza. Ottima postazione, camera super accogliente, pulita e attrezzata. Postazione ottima anche per i mesi estivi perché si trova a due passi dal mare. La stazione dista pochissimo. Claudia, la proprietaria, è super gentile e disponibile. Consiglio!
