Comfort Suites Grove City - Columbus South

Room was clean and big. No complaints on comfort or cleanliness. Only con is the couch. It Had something on back cushion or worn fabric. We said we would stay again.

Although the room was clean, the property appeared to be poorly maintained. The carpet in the hallway as well as the carpet in the room was very old & in poor condition. The ice machine was broken, the coffee machine was broken, & the juice machine was broken. The seats on the chairs in the breakfast area were all very worn & most had tears.

Rude loud woke me up right outside my window with a leaf blower in the rain for some reason. Just a trashy hotel.

The woman at the front desk already had my room keys waiting for me and helped me book an extended stay! She was amazing. Then I get to my room and I was surprised at how nice it was! Totally worth every penny. I even ordered room service and it was here within 30 mins. It was a great stay !

Nice, clean hotel. Check in & check out were easy & quick. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Big counter in bathroom. Breakfast included eggs (patties), sausage links, biscuits, gravy, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles & juice. Unfortunately, we were just passing through the area so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool. I would stay there again if in the area.

When entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs.

The room dod nothave ahair dryer and the desk didn’t either Upon a second visit to the desk and a suggestion to get a hair dryer from an empty room we even got it tesolved HVAC wasn’t working correctly Light over bed needed maintenance

After reading reviews I was quite surprised how dirty the hotel was. The hallways were filthy, tile was sticky & dirty. The carpet in our room was stained, bathroom sink would not drain & the shower grout had black spots. Breakfast was your traditional hotel breakfast. As we were checking out, we told the hotel agent that the sink was not draining & his response was “I will tell maintenance” Very disappointing stay!

Got to the hotel where my reservation was made, said they didn't have me at that building but had me next. Different hotel, different address, way different price and condition of hotel. They would not even look at my email for confirmation and just kept saying sorry and sent me to the hotel next door. No refund, no nothing and THEN when I said I wanted a refund because my reservation was at a hotel I did not book, and instead of cancelling, they checked me in ANYWAY, so I couldn't cancel. Attempting to get a refund immediately with no responses.
