Best Western Executive Inn

The only issue i had was the shower water was not real strong. Sort of on the thin stream. It was the shower head only.

Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.

Our stay was good for what we needed. Bed was not that comfortable. Had a bathtub not a regular walk-in shower. TV remote was dirty and sticky. Breakfast area very small and it was not that good. Potatoes were still cold and not thoroughly cooked. Probably needs some renovations.

Bed was comfy, room was clean - front desk was helpful during check in. Quite a bit of road noise.

Our stay here was a huge disappointment. The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning smelled terrible whenever it was turned on. To make matters worse, the carpet felt damp, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. We are traveling with our two female dogs, who are extremely well-behaved and house-trained, and we have stayed at several other excellent hotels on this trip—this one was easily the worst. The breakfast was terrible too. The only positive was being able to park directly in front of our room door, but that does not make up for the lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here

Rooms could always be cleaner, but this was pretty good. Breakfast was good even in the cramped lobby. Hot food, decent selection. Staff was amazing! Front desk woman was so kind and went above and beyond.

Pros: cleanliness, staff, comfortable bed, close to lots of restaurants and shopping Cons: smoke alarm (for the building not room) went off at 7:20 (no fire/smoke), and only sugar free syrup available for waffles. Honestly neither of these would keep me from staying here again though.

This place is an absolute hidden gem. For the price, the cleanliness alone was impressive, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly staff who made the whole experience even better. We visit the area several times a year and have stayed at multiple properties, and this one easily tops them all. It’s now our go-to spot. Highly recommend staying here. Plus, they’re pet-friendly without hitting you with those ridiculous huge fee their pet fee is very fair, which is a rare and welcome bonus.

Everything was great except the kids running around outside at 1am, then an alarm went off. Could not go back to sleep after that.
