Very friendly staff

Fun, fresh place. Room very clean except for a big black thumbprint on the bathroom door. Really appreciate there being no carpet. Shower and bed great. Plenty of hot water. Loved all of surfaces to set things on in the room. Breakfast was really good with so many choices. Only drawback was very, very thin walls. Te lady Next door sneezed and it sounded like she was in our room. Front desk staff friendly.

The hotel felt a little pricey when I booked it but when I got there I realized they had a lot of amenities that if I had actually been staying there for longer than just a quick overnight stay they would have been nice to use. The lobby is full of nice places to sit and socialize as well as a decent breakfast bar in the morning.

Definitely found the hotel we will stay at when we are in Columbus! Nice and Clean throughout the whole hotel! Hospitality Excellent!

This is a nice property with a better-than-expected breakfast buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was small-ish, but clean and nice. There isn't a lot of storage, but they have a fridge, blow dryer, and an iron for use. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were inadequate. The bathroom had a faucet that wasn't caulked down. It was still usable, but I had to hold it in place in order to use it. All in all, it was a good experience despite the oddities.

Literally the friendliest staff with a welcoming environment. I was so impressed with this hotel, I look forward to staying again.

Clean rooms, staff was super friendly and the options for food and beverage in the lobby was a nice perk!

Ethan at the front desk was excellent and sorted out a situation I had perfectly!

The room was severely neglected. My daughter went to turn down her bed and there were clipped nails and hair on the sheets and a stain. They gave us sheets to change both beds. Nightime clerk was awesome. Daytime clerk Duran was horrible. Brushed us off. Didn’t even look at pics we had. Breakfast was mediocre at that. We have stayed here a year ago and it was a great stay.
