great hotel, good location. grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious enough. beds might be a little work (ours had a noticeable center sag) however just a minor inconvenience. This hotel is well located in that the beach and the marina are each a 10 min walk.

Facilities: The water smells like medicine, the faucet is broken, the basin does not drain smoothly, the window sound insulation is poor, and the bed sheets are old. The only good thing is that the water flow is very large and the bath is comfortable.

The Bell boy service was excellent. I like how close it was to the cathedral. There were a lot of sightseeing oportunities within walking distance from the hotel. The bathroom was very small.

Good: Modern design newer boutique hotel - very clean and great and helpful staff. Central location.

The room was too small, when taking a shower the water runs on the floor and gets wet, the area to store my stuff is really limited. The room was really dark, there's a small light on the ceiling which is not enough.

The city is fixing the roads around the neighborhood. There is a lot of construction going on and that's why the area is dirty and noisy.

May be it will be nice to let people know about construction going on ; and very difficult access to the hotel. A lot of noise they kept working after hours ( Contruction). Right out side my window was all this construction!!!
