The hotel provided the basics, a room, a bed, and breakfast. The bathrooms did not have outlets so you had to dry your hair in the bedroom but there were not outlets except the one by the lamp, thus no access to mirror. The hot water was hit and miss. Sometimes yes sometimes no. On the last day we had no water period. The staff was friendly. We had an ironing board but no iron but they provided an iron when we requested it. We were able to walk to the town center which was convenient.

Good hotel, friendly staff. One downside is the area around hotel. Abandoned buildings around. But a few blocks away you can find a very good dining spots. And close (10 minutes) to the city center.
Overall good hotel for the price.

I don’t think there’s enough space to say how much I enjoyed my stay. The staff are always making sure you’re comfortable. They’re very polite and friendly. I’ll definitely book again if the event I go to is nearby.

The property is nice and clean, it's the staff who couldn't find my reservation even with a confirmation number and they took more than 1 hour to give me my room.

Everything in this hotel is good, according to the price. The location is good to move around Guadalajara. BUT there was a big cockroach in the bathroom.

The security and the taxi drivers work together to rob people , sadly it happed to me for details please call me at 773- 744-8467 because I don’t to whom I should complain , you should not hire thiefs to work for you .
