The hotel was top of the line, the guess staff eas awesome. They were very friendly and dedicated . The staff make you feel very appreciated. I will stay in this hotel the next time i travel to guadalajara.

I did like the Easy access to get to hotel.
I didn't like the hotel Bar and restaurant close at 9pm. I didn't like there are no hand towels in the room, and you get only one water bottle for all your stay.

Service was amazing. All the employees were very kind and helpful. Room was nice, breakfast buffet was great.
Unfortunately, during our stay every night around 10 PM or so the hallways were always VERY noisy from other hotel guests kid’s running around and having very loud conversations. When we called the front desk no one answered.
And on our last night we woke up to bed bugs. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place to someone.

They did not give us the correct room and it was dirty. When I addressed the issue the cleaning person gave me attitude and was only cleaning it with water and no cleaning supplies. We got switched to a different room and that one was clean. The door key wouldn’t work often so we would have to go down to reception and ask to help us.

Hotel and rooms are average or even below. Standard room size is about the size of a prison cell and smells like one too, but don't worry because your nose will adapt. Bathroom and toilet are located about 2 feet from the bed, which means no much privacy to dump a dookie. Bathroom door had no lock or anything to kept it shut, so exhibitionist will have a blast with this feature.
Service personnel is kind and helpful. Administration is nothing close to that.
Overall its an ok hotel, but maybe try a different one instead.

everything about the place, parking lot inside, and the unfriendly staff. Worst hotel in the whole Guadalajara Area. They don't know how to service their Customers, everywhere in the lobby Parking lot all asking you ***** and money. Staff just ignore you and accommodate them more than the travelers. I recommend anyone not to book this hotel cause you will see a place from hell on Earth

The rooms smells badly. The floor seems like it has not been swept in days with dirt and long hair everywhere. The sink still has the rubber bands used for hair. The pillow cases have beard hair and look old and dirty as well as the sheets. Walls have shoe sole marks. I am very unhappy about the room.
I will not stay here again nor recomend this hotel.
