The room is spacious and has 2 double beds but no fridge or kettle. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but went to take a look - the buffet looks quite simple. There are a few restaurants and cafes within 500m walking distance. Overall, a good experience."

"The hotel's location is prime, right across from Expo Guadalajara. Everything else seems pathetic to me. Their service "goes so far" that instead of offering at least a bottle of water, they place a refillable glass jug at a drinking fountain in the hallway. Their service is so poor that they don't offer shampoo or hand soap; according to them, a gel in a bottle anchored to the wall serves as shampoo, hand soap, and body soap. The facilities are run-down, there's no trash can... the list goes on."

"Pros - The location is quiet and close to all major sites. The pool and outdoor space is lovely. Cons - 1. The biggest problem was I had to change my reservation and they double charged me. My stay was in March and they still have not refunded me! I have called and left messages, emailed and have had my travel agent and ******* contact them. They keep saying they will do it but here we are 6 weeks later and still no refund. If that wasn't enough. 2. There was a large stain on the roof/wall. 3. No place to sit and relax in the room. 4. There was no coffee maker in the whole place. And the closest coffee shop is a 10 min walk 5. The water dispenser was often empty 6. The bed was as hard as a rock 7. The bed is in the loft and the air conditioner does not blow on it, but to the ground level. And there is no windows that open, except the door. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it."
