This review is going to be "unfair" because we checked into the hotel after the Super Typhoon hit Guam and the hotel was basically destroyed. But I did want to write a comment and review regarding the hotel staff. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and understanding and supporting. For example, we had booked the hotel for 2 nights but because the airport was damaged, all fights cancelled, we had to stay in Guam longer. Despite not having a booking the hotel allowed us to extend our stay for two more days until the airport reopened and commercial fights available again. So for this wr are very appreciative of the hotel and their staff.

There was a water server installed in the room, which was convenient for making milk for the children, and it was very helpful for adults as they didn't have to go out and buy water.
The staff were also very kind.
I had to leave the airport early in the morning on my way back, but I was glad that I was able to book a taxi at the exit in front of the lobby and was able to board right away.

Probably won't stay here again
The bedding is very uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The pillows on the double bed are even one big and one small. The bathroom is very short, and the front desk clerk has a very bad attitude. Breakfast is not a buffet either.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very convenient to Tumon Bay and downtown. The front desk was very welcoming, and the room accommodation application was also very complete. In short, the two nights in the hotel were great. The only slight drawback was that the breakfast was salty, and Chinese people need to get used to it.

Guam is a very old island. Just think of it as a millennium place. So the hotel style is very retro. I don't care. And the corner balcony of this room type is really open and beautiful to see the sea.

The room can see part of the sea by opening the balcony door. There is a small door leading to the beach, which opens at 6 o'clock every morning. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there is a supermarket that can meet daily needs. There is a duty-free shop not far across the road. There are many shops nearby. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and traveling.

If you're traveling with friends, it's cost-effective, but I think you'll go here.
It's a Japanese building, so there's a Japanese manager.
I didn't like it because it felt like I was doing Japan first.
