I called the Hotel that we were going to be late because our flight was delayed. They said "no problem", we arrived at the hotel at 11:47pm and the hotel was closed. We knocked, called several times and no answer. The hotel looked abandoned. It started to rain and we had to search for a hotel which we finally found one at 2:00am. Very unprofessional. The hotel looked abandoned had broken windows, it was dark. I am not sure why it has high comment ratings.
