這家酒店前台接待的的歐小姐非常專業，笑容和藹可親，耐心解答、及時有效解決我的困擾，每次路過前台總能見到歐小姐温馨的笑容，讓我倍感親切！因為她我在這個酒店多住9天。
客房非常乾淨衞生，服務大姐也非常專業，工作認真仔細，有需求都能及時解決，態度非常好。尤其是2月6號的服務大姐，在我換房的時候發現我帶有小孩，換的房間前位客人有帶狗進入房間，剛做了消毒清潔，擔心影響小孩幫我重新安排了房間，其實不告訴我我也不知道，這種為客人着想的精神值得稱讚！非常感謝！
説了好的再提幾點意見
1、房間浴室開關太反人類，不好開關，開關也太硬，水温不好調節。
2、電視關閉後有非常刺眼的藍色燈光
3、房間風筒不好用
這些問題要是能解決的話體驗感就更好了！最後希望酒店越來越好！也希望酒店能嘉獎這兩位優秀工作人員！
