我們四點多到賓館，早已在網上訂好兩間房，但是前台告訴衹有一間，另一間還沒打掃，但第一個服務員很客氣，我們也理解，所以決定先到外面逛一下。晚飯後回到酒店，碰到了第二個服務員，竟然一問三不知，而且還要我們等，我們説明情況也不聽，態度惡劣，原本應該是直接拿房的，但她卻不知所以然。並出言不遜，又揚言不怕投訴，且又不告知工號和姓氏。在這樣一個有名的旅遊城市，出現這樣的服務員，實在是不應該。希望賓館領導重視，予以教育。照片最後一張是本人，我們也沒有其他的辦法。
