酒店服務非常好，辦理入住很快，房間也比較舒適價格不貴，房間重新裝修了，環境也不錯，房間衞生挺乾淨，停車也很方便，入住首選

第一點，平台有問題，顯示的220元，我付款的時候直接跳成了238元，不能取消訂單的，也無法退款第二點，我常年在外面跑，這個價格應該對得起他的環境和服務質量，但是房間的衞生沒搞如圖，枕頭下面被子下面壓的草莓葉子，洗手間有尿漬，有異味。第三點，拿到前台去，前台可以更換床單，被子或者房間，然後我選擇更換了一個房間，也如圖所示，浴巾居然沒有整理的，而且是濕的，又來到前台，前台給的解釋是衹有四個人，人手不夠，請理解，以前的老闆不是這樣子的，現在換了老闆，管理理念不一樣，不增加人手。而且每個部門相互推尾，都沒有一點責任觀念的事，不關己高高掛起第四點，有早餐，8:20早餐就沒有了，早餐的供應時間是七點半到九點的，下面有十幾個人在吵鬧，前台就冷冰冰的一句話，早餐沒有了，沒有任何解決方案，在客户強烈的要求下，有一個工作人員提醒前台用對講機叫廚房煮點麪條，又要等十幾20分鐘，我也選擇了離開，這是目前我住酒店最差的一次體驗，每個部門好像和公司沒有一點榮譽感，都是事不關己，高高掛起都是一句話，老闆管理理念不一樣，不增加人手，人手不夠看來雅瑞假日酒店還是和其他品牌連鎖酒店還有提升的空間，因為我常年在外面跑，你的這個服務衹值100元，你收了200多元，你的綜合方面肯定要跟上去希望我們的家鄉越來越好

位置偏僻，每次開車來的，所以對我影響不大。沒車的話就不建議了，你會很不方便。周邊環境可以，靠山，空氣好，安靜。我喜歡清凈，所以每次都住這裏。酒店設施有點陳舊，勉強能接受。衞生需要加強。早餐單調，衹能管飽。我每次基本上也沒在酒店吃早餐。
