Lovely check-in staff. They gave me an upgrade room without asking. Quiet surroundings at 25min from Kanton Fair area. Free shuttle bus, very punctual. Good experience. I would recommend it and go again.

A 2-meter bed is enough for a family of four, let alone a family of three. It's perfect. There is a convenience store and McDonald's downstairs, so you can grab a quick bite. If you want to eat more, you can take the subway one stop to Wanshengwei. There is a large shopping mall there with a lot of food. It is suggested that the children's playground in the apartment can be improved. The children's picture books are badly drawn and dirty. The building block table was also rotten and there were not many building blocks. The slide is too shaky, and timid children will not dare to play after a few tries. It is recommended to add more children's books or children's toys. If you were expecting to have a children's paradise, but when you go there it's a shabby place and it doesn't have anything like this, you'll be quite disappointed. This is my first time visiting Guangzhou. I came to University Town to stay in a hotel. It is close to Zhuangyuan Restaurant. There are many delicious foods around. The location and price of this hotel are really good. It is close to Sun Yat-sen University. Turn left from the hotel and you will find Xintiandi. The environment is also very clean. The main reason is that the proprietress in the store is very nice. She treats people with courtesy and solves problems. I really recommend you to live in their house in University City. 房子蚊子特特特特別多，和男朋友一起入住的，整晚上被蚊子咬得睡不着，蚊子真的多得可怕，房東雖然提前說了有蚊香，但並沒有說蚊子多到一定得用，也沒有配打火機。 然後電燈爛了，房東也沒有及時維修，洗手間浴室是沒有燈光的。 然後旁邊一直有人裝修，隔音差，關了窗子也聽得一清二楚，六點開始直到十點多，可以說通宵了一晚上，第二天直接**，根本沒精神去大學上課。房東也不提前提醒，這樣子起碼可以準備個耳塞或者不預訂了。 唯二的優點就是地理位置不錯，交通方便；價格也不算特別高。但是有一說一，房東先斬後奏的態度和行事風格，實在難以恭維😁，下次再也不去了。
