Guangzhou Wogo Yuanbao Hotel (Zhujiang New Town)

Zhujiang New Town/Guangdong Museum Guangzhou|1.68km from Chunyuan
Overall: For a family trip, the family members said that the price-performance ratio was average. It was an enhanced version of a chain hotel with average environmental facilities and services. The hygiene was good. The breakfast was not delicious. It had no characteristics of Cantonese cuisine and the variety was pitiful. Environment: The door of the room is very soundproof and lightproof. The corridor was noisy from 23:00 to 0:00 for two consecutive nights, and the hotel management did not stop it until the customer couldn't bear it and called to complain. The light isolation is also very poor. There is serious light leakage from the crack of the lower door of the room, and it becomes bright when the lights are turned off. Facilities: The room's air conditioning control and various button controls are anti-human. If you don't get out of bed for a long time, you won't be able to complete some of the simplest operations. The outermost part of the curtain cannot be opened, and the inner side operations are speechless, such as the master control. As soon as I opened it, the curtain automatically stuck, scaring my wife half to death. Service: The only things worthy of praise are the waiter at the gate and the food delivery robot. These two are responsible for their duties. The others are no different from transparent people. The breakfast waiters are even more outrageous, like a group of outsourced people.

Hotel room: 0 (zero) star Hotel location: 4 (four) stars Hotel staff services: 5 (five stars) We checked into a room on 1/25/2024 for a 6-night stay. We realized the room smelled smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room. The worst was the bathroom's strong, moldy, foul smell, which is a health hazard and unacceptable. On top of it, the in-room HVAC thermostat doesn't work, which we didn't notice until the next morning. We suffered without fresh air circulation and high room temperature all night long. The following day, thanks to the friendly, accommodating front desk staff, we could change to another room with no issues like the previous one. Even the room we changed to also has maintenance issues, such as the ceiling light above the nightstand hanging loose from the ceiling and exploding electrical wires. And the bathroom Faucet is loose, etc., unfortunately. Besides the exceptional overall staff services, the hotel is conveniently located in a local neighborhood, a perfect alternative for tourists who want to experience the truth of Guangzhou. Suppose Baiyun Hotel is positioned as an international five-star hotel. In that case, besides sustaining excellent staff services, improving room maintenance, upgrading the aging hotel, and paying attention to the details is essential. Outstanding staff service or a profound hotel history couldn't substitute necessities such as an operational thermostat or a foul smell in the bathroom. Having said that, I wouldn't consider Baiyun Hotel when we visit Guangzhou next time, nor would I recommend it to others due to my experiences with the hotel room.

This store is really good, very, very good, let me talk about it from several aspects Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively complete and relatively new. They have a food delivery robot that is very special and cute. Every time it delivers food, I feel very good Hygiene: The hygiene of this store is really good. The bathroom and the bed are very clean. The only flaw is that there are some oil stains on the matza, which may not be wiped off. Environment: The environment is very good. Although the old town is next to the road, there is almost no sound at night. I can sleep soundly without earplugs. I feel that the decoration of his house is very good. From the lobby to the elevator to the guest rooms, there is no sense of dilapidation in the old city. It is very good Service: The service is very warm, and the attitude of calling the front desk is very good. They even helped me upgrade the room type with windows, which is very good One flaw is that the sound insulation here is not very good. The outside and the inside can hear each other very clearly. My room is just in a separate corridor. No one comes and goes, but it is next to the warehouse, and the sound of cleaners entering the warehouse , The voice of the robot delivering food can be heard clearly, I am afraid this is not very good. Generally speaking, it is a very good hotel, and I will choose to stay in their home next time I come

I really like the style of the room that was upgraded for free on the first night. The city view is good and you can see the small waist. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. The overall experience is good.

Although the room has no external windows, the overall environment is quite comfortable. Surprisingly, the room is quite large. If you bring a cub, there is room for activities. The surrounding area is relatively close to the attractions. It is quite suitable for travel. The ladies at the front desk provide excellent service.

Hotel location is quiet, just around the corner of Bank of China, cost-effective. There are many food choices nearby, there are many punch cards, and many beautiful buildings are next to it. The room was very clean and all the things needed were all available, but there was no wardrobe. Anyway, I only didn't need to stay for one night. I can't tell you where I'm at, call the front desk and answer my questions immediately.
