Four Points Properties in Guangzhou

The hotel environment is really nice, and it's super convenient as the subway station is right outside the door. The macarons sold in the lobby are absolutely delicious – not too sweet and only 10 RMB each, such a great deal! I stayed for two days and had them both days. My friend was in Guangzhou for the 'Guangzhou 100' event, and when the front desk found out, they extended our room check-out for free, which was incredibly thoughtful. Definitely a five-star review! The hotel breakfast looked quite extensive, but I didn't get a chance to try it this time. I'll have to give it a go on my next visit!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The view from the window was expansive, offering a distant glimpse of the Canton Tower. The hotel lobby was grand, and the staff were very polite. Breakfast was extensive, with dishes like spare ribs, chicken feet, steamed dumplings, and a wide variety of dim sum, including croissants and various cakes. There were also congee, noodles, stir-fries, fruits, salads, beverages, milk, yogurt, and soy milk, to name just a few; the quality was excellent, and the dining environment was comfortable. It's truly an ideal choice for both business and leisure.

Upon checking in, I added the hotel butler, Irene, on WeChat, and her service was incredibly prompt and attentive. Whatever we needed or inquired about in the room, she would respond immediately and help us out. Due to an unexpected event, we had to cancel one night of our booking. The male butler was incredibly helpful; he arranged a car to deliver our luggage to us and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled. We are so grateful! Five-star rating. We'll definitely book this Four Points by Sheraton again next time we're in Guangzhou. The sports activities included in the package were also great fun and a real sweat-inducer!
