This place is called The Ritz Hotel, but it has absolutely nothing to do with The Ritz-Carlton brand. In reality, it’s just a few rooms on the 27th floor of a residential and office building, not a real hotel.
The listing says breakfast is included — impossible, since there’s no kitchen, no dining area, and no staff to serve it. The rooms are described as “apartments,” but there’s no stove, microwave, or even a fridge.
It also claims to have a 24-hour front desk, which is false. Nobody answers before 9 a.m., and check-in during that time is impossible. At night, there’s no one on site either.
The location is excellent if you’re visiting the Canton Fair — the exhibition halls are right across the road — and the price is reasonable compared to nearby hotels.
But overall, the listing on Trip.com is misleading and doesn’t reflect the true nature of the property.

Five stars locked! The most correct choice for this trip is this hotel
Must give full praise! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was cured. The front desk lady smiled super sweetly. The check-in was efficient and intimate. She also actively shared the hidden food and travel routes around. The details were full of ～ The room was more pleasant than the picture, spacious and bright without odor, and the bedding was soft to like trapped in the clouds. Sleep well until dawn! The bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation, the smart toilet and sufficient hot water pressure are too plus points, and even the toiletries are with a faint fragrance.
The location of the hotel is called Wang Duo, a few minutes walk to the subway station, it is super convenient to go to the business district and the exhibition hall, and it is not noisy at all. The breakfast is super rich, and the customer service is in place for three minutes if you need to contact the customer service. The cleaning aunt cleaned the room spotlessly and the tiles were polished.
Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, it is super suitable, the price is directly full, has been recommended to friends, next time you come to this city, you will definitely stay here!

No matter what floor you're on or what time of day, whenever you encounter staff, they'll greet you with, ”Hello, is there anything I can help you with?” It's very attentive, and I had a very comfortable stay. GGuest UserGood location. B2 directly access to gongyuanqian metro and many restaurants. Walking distance (5-6 min) to Beijing pedestrian street and da fo shi. Only 2-3 stations away from tourist spot like hua cheng da dao, canton tower and li ji wan. Apartment is clean, counter staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast (street dim sum in the photo) just outside gongyuanqian metro station is cheap and very delicious. Can easily find delicious local food at Beijing pedestrian street. The only downside is not easy to find the apartment from front door due to the constructions. Once you check in, you can easily connect to metro via B2 and avoid front door.

TTiancaixiaoxiongmaoAs a frequent business traveler, my hotel requirements are quite practical: a comfortable stay and convenient access. This time, Mehood Lestie completely met my needs.
The service was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk staff was very quick with check-in and even proactively offered a warm lemon water, saying it would be comforting in the cool weather – a thoughtful detail that really impressed me. After checking in, I noticed my documents were a bit wrinkled, so I asked if I could borrow an iron. Within 7 minutes, it was delivered to my room, and the staff even patiently showed me how to use it, without any hint of impatience.
The cleanliness was impeccable. The first impression upon entering the room was how fresh and clean everything was. The bed sheets and duvet covers were smooth and spotless, and there wasn't even any dust in the crevices of the nightstand. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation; the toilet and sink were sparkling, toiletries were neatly arranged, and there wasn't even a single strand of hair in the shower drain. I felt completely at ease staying there.
The environment and facilities were perfectly suited for a business trip. The lobby was quiet and not noisy, allowing me to comfortably wait for clients on the sofa. The desk in the room was spacious enough, and the lamp provided just the right amount of brightness for working on proposals late at night without straining my eyes. The mattress was neither too soft nor too hard, and after a busy day, I could lie down and relax immediately. My sleep quality was much better than at previous hotels.
The location is also very convenient, only a seven-minute walk to the subway station. This saved me a lot of time by avoiding rush hour traffic when going to clients' offices. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city for business!

Seto (司徒師傅) from the restaurant, who was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations on the best places to eat in the city.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the road can be a little quiet at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us once we learned how to use the mobile app for taxis, which are very affordable in the city.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

DDijianqinGuangzhou was the first stop on our National Day holiday trip, and Ramada was the first hotel we stayed at. Considering holiday prices, it was quite affordable. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Wuyangcun subway station and isn't too far from Canton Tower, which you can see in the distance. A taxi ride to Chimelong takes about 25 minutes if there's no traffic.
The hotel's facilities are a bit old. The toilet seats don't have soft-close mechanisms, so they often bang shut. The bathroom is also quite cramped – fine for one person, but two people would be bumping into each other. If your room faces southwest, you can see the Pearl River from the window.
Hotel guests get free access to the outdoor pool at the recreation center. The pool is very clean, and it's lovely to go for a swim after sunset. It's also convenient for ordering food delivery, as there's a designated area in the lobby for it.

1. Location: very reachable to Beijing road walking pedestrian, next to Tee Mall, and Beijing Lu subway station just across to the apartment.
2. Elevator: before booking I was worried about another review about elevator, turns out the waiting time for elevator not more than 5 minutes.
3. Room: this room has THE MOST COMPLETE amenities. You got kitchen set, washing machine and its dryer, mini fridge, and projection. They give you shampoo, conditioner, soap, dental kit, face wash, make up remover, dish soap, even a skin moisturizer.
4. Cleanliness: the lady cleaner will be cleaning your room everyday for you. And the owner will ask uou first whether you like the room to clean or not.
5. Communication: the owner was super super communicative and helpful. Instruction to the building, how to check in and check out was very clear. You better contact the owner through wechat before landing.
