Holiday Inn Express Properties in Guangzhou

My stay in Guangzhou was fantastic! The location is superb, making travel very convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was attentive and thoughtful; the front desk staff were warm and efficient, paying attention to every detail. The breakfast offered a rich selection, and the Cantonese dim sum was authentic. Overall, the quality is top-notch, suitable for both business trips and tourism. I'll definitely choose this place first next time I'm in Guangzhou. The TV allows screen mirroring via QR code from your phone, but external devices like computers that require data cable connections won't work as the system locks external peripherals and the HDMI port is not enabled.

The hotel's facilities are great and it's very clean. Xiao Zhang at the front desk provided excellent service, promptly upgrading my room and delivering items and takeout on time. My only complaint is that on the second day, around noon, the cleaning lady forcefully swiped her card to open the door. Luckily, I had locked it, which prevented an awkward situation. She kept pushing the door even after hearing sounds from inside. The staff training definitely needs improvement.

This hotel room was extremely valuable for money. The price we paid already included a breakfast buffet and flexible shuttle service to and fro from T1 and T2? Amazing. Reception is great too. We absolutely loved the luxury ambience and modern feel of the hotel room. The toiletries all smell amazing as well, with my favourite being the shampoo. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in Guangzhou.

The surrounding area was relatively quiet and conveniently located near the university. The hotel offered a full range of facilities, including a gym and a laundry room on the second floor. The breakfast selection was very diverse. All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and provided warm, enthusiastic service. Overall, a great hotel! I would definitely choose to stay here again.
