Fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the pedestrian street. There are plenty of great places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby, making it super convenient. The subway station is also close by, providing easy access to most of Guangzhou's popular attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. All essential appliances were available, which helped a lot with everyday needs. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they patiently answered all our questions about unfamiliar sights and routes. Big thumbs up to the staff!

The front desk area is spacious and beautifully decorated. They offer complimentary tea and coffee while you wait, and free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. They even upgraded our room for free since we had a large group! The room itself was huge and very roomy, split over two levels, which the kids absolutely loved. The room was spacious, with two floors and a bed on each. The facilities were well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The location is superb, right next to Beijing Road, so you can go shopping anytime, and it's very lively at night. There are food places all around, so you'll never go hungry. It's not far from both Gongyuanqian and Beijing Road subway stations, just a few minutes' walk to either, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Taxis are also easy to get in the city center. I read other reviews saying the hotel elevators were slow, and I was worried at first, but it turned out to be an unnecessary concern. Two out of the three elevators were operational and very fast; I never waited more than 20 seconds. Perhaps it was because of the Chinese New Year, and there were fewer people in the building. The only downside was that the exhaust fan from a neighboring building was right below our window, and it was a bit noisy at night, affecting my sleep. However, from this window, you could see the Guangzhou fireworks. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of the pedestrian street. The front desk is on the first floor. After checking in and getting your key card, you can head to your room. The check-in process was quite strict; they even asked if our child had a household registration booklet, which, in a way, makes you feel safer. The room itself is quite spacious, with beds on both the upper and lower levels, making it convenient for older guests to stay on the first floor. Service was prompt. The only drawback is that the elevators can get very crowded, so you often have to wait. Other than that, everything was great, and the value for money is excellent. A whole family can stay together comfortably.
