On the 12th floor there is massage services, a lounge area where afternoon tea serves and a small gym. The room has all the necessary amenities. I switched on the “don's disturb” button before bed and I left for breakfast in the morning. After breakfast I returned and the room was cleaned quickly and efficiently. The room has an American style, is very clean, and the facilities are on par with a five-star hotel. It was incredibly comfortable to stay in. The daily free coffee vouchers were a godsend for a coffee lover like me. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and it was very substantial. The hotel's location right near the subway makes it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the service was absolutely fantastic! Five stars, highly recommend!

Guangzhou Tianhe TaiKoo Hui James Joyce ELITE Hotel is an excellent hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful with excellent customer service and will try to help you in any way. They have a coffee and a bar at next to the reception and looks really unique. Location is great with many food options around and the metro in connected with the hotel footpath root into the mall so it's convenient, just follow the "ELITE" sign and it will guide you to the hotel. The room itself is fantastic, I personally had a beautiful view of the city, could see Guangzhou tower from my room. The bed was very comfortable as I had a good sleep.

The room environment is great, and the stay was very pleasant. You get a beautiful view of the CBD cityscape.
