Atour S Hotel Pearl River Taikoo Warehouse Guangzhou

The hotel is located between two metro stations, requiring a bit of a walk to both Yan Gang and Shayuan stations. The service was good, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious and well-designed. They also have a laundry room and gym, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. However, showering was a bit frustrating. The showerhead wouldn't stay directed at my body no matter how I adjusted it. Once the hose was in the wall mount, it would automatically swivel away, forcing me to hold the showerhead the entire time, which was quite inconvenient.

I chose this hotel because it's near an Atour hotel, and I was in the provincial capital for some errands. The room rates were a bit high during the May Day holiday, but averaging them out from the 3rd to the 9th, I still found it to be good value. My absolute favorite feature is the free 24-hour laundry and drying service – it's incredibly convenient (in summer, clothes usually dry in about 2 hours). The staff even personally picked up and delivered my laundry, which was a very thoughtful service. I love that the rooms use disposable paper cups; even though I brought my own, the cleaning lady was super enthusiastic, providing unlimited bottled water, which I really appreciated 🙏. She even said to just ask if I needed anything – so warm and welcoming! 😂 The hotel also offers late-night snacks, with their 'porridge' being excellent; the millet and plain congee they stew are absolutely delicious! 😍 Atour hotels' pillows are simply amazing and super comfortable 😌. I'll definitely choose Atour again for future trips 😊😊😊 I forgot to take pictures of the room 😅, so I could only snap some of the lobby and the late-night 'porridge' 😁😁😁 The Cantonese dim sum at the hotel's 4th-floor Chinese restaurant was also quite good, though a little pricey 😅.

Exceeded expectations! They'll arrange your room according to your requests. The bathroom is also spacious, and you can enjoy a beautiful night view. The room is clean and tidy. Most importantly, the service is incredibly thoughtful. When I arrived in Guangzhou, there was a sudden downpour, and all my shoes got soaked. I asked the hotel if they had a shoe dryer, and even though they didn't, they were willing to go out and buy one for me and bring it over. It was brand new when I received it – I'm so grateful! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely come again.

The front desk staff member was excellent! He kindly upgraded me to a suite for free. The room was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and I found the pillows perfect for someone like me who prefers a more supportive pillow. Plus, there were complimentary drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

This was my second stay here. The lobby has a very artistic feel, and breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable for sleeping, but I wouldn't quite rate it as a five-star hotel. Overall, it's a good, upscale-boutique type of hotel, and the price is reasonable enough.

Stayed at the Atour S Hotel Guangzhou Taigucang and it's a new hotel with a simple yet stylish design. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was attentive and thoughtful from the moment I walked in; the front desk staff was very welcoming and even offered a complimentary welcome tea. The room had an open view, and the bedding, as always with Atour, was super comfortable. Its location near Taigucang is great for an evening stroll or a drink. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

Although the beds in the twin room were a bit small for a child, we still managed to get a good night's sleep. Facilities: Complete, with a quiet window. The robot delivery for meals was convenient. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Pleasant and comfortable. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. We stayed twice within a week, and my child even got familiar with the front desk staff – haha. Late-night porridge for two delivered by the robot, self-service late-night snacks: warm and considerate.

The lobby and rooms are great, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

If you want to be close to Zhujiang Hospital, staying at this Atour Hotel is the best choice.
