Lingju Innovation Apartment boasts a prime location in the heart of Yuexiu, close to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, and my overall experience exceeded expectations. The room decor is simple yet elegant, creating a very homely atmosphere. It's fully equipped with everything you need, including a separate kitchenette and a washer-dryer combo. All the kitchenware and appliances are provided, making it easy to cook and do laundry, meeting most daily living needs. Building on the service standards of China Hotel, the service here is attentive and thoughtful. Compared to a traditional hotel, it offers the best of both worlds: hotel-style cleaning and security services, coupled with the comfort and convenience of a residential apartment. Whether you're visiting Guangzhou for a short stay or a temporary stopover, this is an excellent choice, balancing comfort, convenience, and value for money. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and tidy. Initially, I asked the security guard where to check in, but he mistakenly directed me to the hotel lobby. When I got to the lobby, staff were already waiting at the registration desk. The apartment is actually behind the hotel, and check-in is on the 17th floor. After I checked in, the staff even guided me to my room. During my stay, I could use other facilities at the China Hotel, such as the gym.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. They even offered a free late check-out. I highly recommend staying in their apartments! The environment is new and quiet. If the hotel is fully booked, you can definitely consider staying in their apartments instead!

Extended my stay and it was just as great as the first time, highly recommend!

My stay in Guangzhou was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the service was incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. Both the location and facilities were impeccable. Staying here during this trip was definitely the wisest decision I made; I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou!
