Centrally located. Good Customer service . Breakfast was just ok for foreigners, i think it is good for Chinese Travelers. Name plates of the food was not put properly. I wanted to have vegetables but ended up taking some pork or beef. I expect someone who can read and understand English to arrange the food Name plates. Communication is little time consuming as nobody speaks English and need translations. Other than that, very nice people abd service. I would come again but will not take Breakfast though 😁😁

Nice hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Location is good as next to mall and near all good eateries. Mostly importantly staff is very helpful and friendly. Lucy from the front desk has been very patient with my questions and help each time I approach her. Highly recommend this hotel.

washing and drying machine is free for all guests. however as of july 2026 the washing area floor is still under renovation so the path leading up to the washing room and gym is very dusty

Very convenient place, right in the middle of Beijing Road. Near to a lot of food and massages. The customer service were all very helpful and friendly especially Lucy, well done and keep it up 👏👏
