When I showered, the hot water was scalding, and the temperature control was awful. Even when I tried to adjust it to a lukewarm setting, the water remained extremely hot. The next morning, when I woke up and had breakfast, I noticed my ankles and body were incredibly itchy. Upon closer inspection, I realized I had been bitten by bugs – I had 6-7 red welts all over me. The hotel's hygiene is seriously concerning. After I got back, I reported my experience on the platform, but the hotel has been incredibly slow to respond. If the hotel is committed to improving its service, it should provide a timely response and identify the root cause to make improvements.

With a tight schedule during exhibitions, I could always find time in the mornings or evenings to relax and work out in the gym, relieving the fatigue of prolonged sitting. The laundry room, in particular, solved the hassle of washing clothes while traveling. I didn't have to hand wash or look for a dry cleaner; I could use it anytime, it was clean and convenient, greatly improving my travel efficiency. The room facilities are a bit old, and the family room layout isn't very practical. It's basically a large room divided into a gathering area, and the view of Canton Tower isn't clear. Adding to that, the hotel is just two direct subway stops from the exhibition center. During traffic jams, taking the subway was stress-free, making transportation convenient and efficient. This hotel doesn't rely on flashy gimmicks; instead, it warmed every exhibitor with its most practical and thoughtful services, providing us with a comfortable and reassuring resting place during the busy Canton Fair. Next time I exhibit, this will definitely be my first choice.
