Yachen Hotel (Guangzhou Railway Station Sanyuanli Metro Station)

This Hotel is clean, good location, fairly nice staff. However, the mattress in this hotel is quite hard to sleep on. Also, the AC controls are far away from the bed. Management should check these.

Area around the hotel was so bad, and scary, room was ok with smart toilet, but towels was very old and seems like dirty. So i bought new one from store.

I stayed at this hotel for about ten days on a business trip. Whenever I come to China for work, I usually stay here. A couple of years ago it wasn't like this, but recently there have been so many foreign guests. Having more guests is a good thing, but unfortunately many people don't seem to respect basic etiquette. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff are incredibly kind, and everything—from the housekeeping to the overall service—is excellent. I spend almost six months a year in China, so I've stayed in many different hotels. People come to Guangzhou from all over the world to buy products. But I have one sincere request: please show basic courtesy and respect. As a fellow foreigner, I truly feel sorry for the hotel staff when I see them being treated poorly. Please treat the hotel staff with the respect they deserve.

Clean hotel and friendly staff . The shower is nice and hot and the room has the perfect air conditioning. I am very satisfied.
