The hotel is next to a construction site, but it's not too noisy. With the windows closed, it's actually pretty quiet. You can even see the river and sunset from the side, so the view is quite nice. The room was clean, and the facilities were well-equipped. However, I could hear the elevator running from my room. It wasn't a big issue since fewer people used it at night, so it didn't really disturb my sleep. The projector needed keystone correction to display properly on the screen, but the sound system was decent. Overall, it was a good stay.

There were small cockroaches running the toilet. And there were small dead ones too. They cleaned the apartment after we told them and it was ok. Generally it's clean, just that they allow smoking so if the previously guests smoked in the apartment, the smell may be strong.

The apartment was nice and cozy, and the cleaning aunties were probably the highlight - they were super friendly and kept making sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. However, I don’t think that the property should advertise having a “kitchen” as all it has was an electric hob - no kitchen utensils, no cutlery, no plates or bowls and no cleaning equipment. For our stay of 1 month, we had to purchase everything from IKEA across the road.

At first out room was not nice with a huge mold spot on the wall and leaking AC, but the reception changed our room to a more decent one. The room and service are great, metro and Ikea are 5 min walking. But it's really far from all the attractions
