Response from Property: Before you checked in , you stated that you needed to cancel as you were going to another city. according to the rules, we need to charge you 30% as a penalty fee. You accused us of unfairly deducting the penalty fee. After being informed by the platform's customer service, you realized that you had violated the cancellation rules. you checked in normally. During the check-in, there was no feedback on any issues. In the end, because we didn’t accept your cancellation,you left us a negative review.The address was clearly displayed on the platform,that wasn’t our fault.

Because there is no room specifically suitable for your occupancy, we also have the right to refuse your stay if you make a reservation. However, I understand that it is not easy for you to bring your children. I finally went through very complicated procedures for you and was busy all the time. I provided a house that was not suitable for your number of people. I also told you many times that the house was very small and told you to cancel if it was not suitable. , and because you don’t have WeChat payment, we didn’t charge a deposit. I showed my goodwill in this way, but was complained and found a reason to ask us to upgrade you to a larger house for free. I was very sad and refused your unreasonable request. In the end, because you were afraid that what happened the night before would happen again, you would be charged again. Other hotels refused to check in because you paid the price difference to upgrade the room. I arranged a larger room and personally took you to change the room. I have a clear conscience here.
