I booked a windowless room, then paid extra to upgrade to a larger room with a window, hoping for a better night's sleep. But take a look at what was outside the window! The room had a strange smell, and the floor felt damp or moldy, but I just shrugged it off, figuring I could still sleep. Then, in the middle of the night, there was this incredibly bright red light, whether it was a fire alarm or something else, I don't know. One light was flashing directly above my head, and there were two more inside the room. No matter how I tried to sleep, this awful thing kept flashing in my face. Unlike other normal hotels, these lights were seriously bright – see the pictures for yourself. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent too. Outside, there was a warehouse with constant loading and unloading, loud trucks, and general noise that kept me up all night. This combination of the bright red light and the outdoor noise completely messed with my head. To make matters worse, I had to get up early the next day, and I didn't get a wink of sleep. I wouldn't even give this place one star. I really want everyone to be aware and look closely before booking – if I can help one person avoid this, it's worth it. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever booked through Trip.com!
