Upon entry we were greeted by friendly staff and there is also a lovely lobby with a coffee shop. We were upgraded for free & the room felt very luxurious. Neat, clean & beautiful. The view from the room window is breathtaking, you can see a bit of the river as well. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with some coffee capsules. The bed & pillows are very comfortable!
Only 2 suggestions:
1) add more of a sealant to the bottom of the shower door because if you take a shower, the water leaks through under the door and the bathroom floor is wet. It’s not a big issue as it dried up very quickly.
2) add more variety to the breakfast buffet. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at the breakfast was very average and could be improved.
Overall, a good stay & a good area. Nearby subway stations, high speed railway station and tram station. Would definitely book a room here again. Kom

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Near to the train station(2 minutes walking), excellent place to take a good rest after a busy day . I recommend the buffet breakfast , delicious, with egg, fruit, meat, cereal, perfect to international visitors. 5/5 stars

This is one of the best hotels in China. Very clean and silent. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the metro station

The hotel is brand new in the area, and you can tell. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy - the hotel itself looks great. The service was a little awkward, I think because the receptionists didn't speak much English and weren't confident in doing so, but that's ok. The finishes in the room look a little rushed, our bedroom door and lock were a little loose. Other than that, the hotel is great and we especially loved the Japanese style baths in the rooms!
