Ascott Pazhou Guangzhou

A 5-star review for our housekeeper, Lena. The hotel location is excellent; we could see the Canton Tower and Liede Bridge at night, and it's only a 20-minute walk to Canton Tower. The hotel offers a bar, a swimming pool, and a gym. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and a washer-dryer, just like at home, creating a very homely atmosphere. The breakfast had a rich and delicious variety. This was a short-term stay, but I would definitely consider choosing this hotel again for a longer stay if I have the chance.

The Ascott Pazhou is in an excellent location, and the 24th-floor lounge offers a fantastic view of the Canton Tower. Susan had already arranged for my two rooms to be on the same floor, and I was very impressed with the efficient service. Overall, it was excellent.

Fantastic stay! The location in Pazhou West is super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious with a separate kitchen, fully equipped and felt just like home. The bedding was comfortable, quiet, and I slept wonderfully. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful. The views were incredible, overlooking the Canton Tower, and the public areas like the gym were well-appointed. It's perfect for business trips, exhibitions, or family travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

My stay at Ascott Pazhou this time really impressed me with their service! MAX at the front desk checked me in super quickly, and I was immediately amazed by the night view of Canton Tower upon entering the room. The cleaning staff tidied up meticulously every day, even remembering to replenish the coffee capsules promptly. They also specially prepared children's toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes. This kind of thoughtful service, treating guests like family, makes this my absolute first choice next time I visit Guangzhou! I also got to enjoy the Canton Tower view from my room both day and night ✌🏻

The apartment facilities are very well-maintained, and the public areas are fully equipped, making it feel very home-like. It's comfortable for both business trips and short stays. Finally checked into the riverside hotel I've been dreaming of. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the entire long river. At dusk, the sunset paints the river, and the city lights gradually illuminate. Just sitting there quietly cures all fatigue. One room, one window, a view of the river. In the morning, watch the mist drift over the river, and at night, observe the myriad of lights. The river flows peacefully, and all the hustle and bustle are shut out. Bringing the city's river view into the room. You can watch the river ebb and flow from the comfort of your bed, with the evening breeze carrying the scent of water. This is probably the best way to experience a stay. The staff were very helpful and upgraded our room for free.

The kitchen and living room are super spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable – I slept through the night without any back pain, it offered great support. The bathroom is huge, and the bathtub even came with a disposable tub liner and bath salts.
