Great location, in the middle of the huddle and bustle . Is the same building as Mercure, using the same facilities, but paying a little less. Room is clean and quiet. Love it.

The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later. Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers. The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome. On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance.

The hotel location was perfect. Our room was of good size & clean, facing Tee Mall square & a view of Beijing pedestrians walk. The hotel staffs Xiao Cai was very helpful.. he managed to locate all my 📦 📦 📦 s & also send a small plate of fruits. The only down side was the first impression at the check in counter wasn't so appealing. Maybe they should reconsider a makeover.

It shares the same building and facilities (gym, a very large self-service laundry room) with another hotel. Reception is at level 10. Hotel room is clean and functional. Everything is fine and we even got an upgrade. However, there is still room for improvement. 1)The shower system does not allow calibration for warm shower. 2)The aircon is always showing 20 degree Celsius and cannot be adjusted.

The hotel is nice and walkable to all the local nice food. The famous tao tao ju opposite the hotel.

Location of hotel is superb as it's very near the mrt. It shares the same building and amenities as Mercure hotel. Room is clean and modern, and hotel staff checks in with guest everyday on weixin for feedback. Easy to order food delivery to hotel.

The staff all very friendly. Especially, Xiao Ting, Yuki, Ni Ni & Chris. Room got mosquito, must bring insect repellent. The toilet got no lock and is very small, no space to hang clothing, need to change outside the toilet. Shower flooring is very slippery.

Room is spacious, services are top notch. We love the excellent location which beijing road pedestrian street juz across the street, mcdonald also right downstairs.
