Excellent stay with a big shopping mall under the hotel and lots of things for kids to play near the hotel . Also the room has a huge television with lots of cartoon! The kids love it

This is a new hotel near coco park shopping room amenities was very good free mini drinks every day the bed was very comfortable and do have a100 inches projector screen and free movies very enjoyable will come back next time

Poor location, no sign board to indicate the hotel. All the drivers we took cannot find the location of the hotel. Eventually we found the hotel, the driver cannot drive us directly to the hotel lobby we have to carry our luggage and walk quite a long distance. The last day after we check out, we have to walk in the rain to take a ride to the airport.

Front desk service is excellent. One person does speak English which was very helpful. One of the cleaning ladies was good. The guy who cleaned the room not so much. He forgot to replace us with 2 face towels and two medium size towels. But we didn't bother since it was our last night. I do like the size of the rooms. Just wish the shower had a separate room so I can take off my clothes for privacy

It's a nice hotel, but away from City Center and metro stations. About 15 minutes walk, so we used Didi to go to Guangzhou center. Rooms are large and comfortable

Overall services are great and the staff are really helpful with my queries. If you like to stay not too far from the city to have quiet vibe with great breakfast from the hotel and mall to entertain you, this is an option.

هتل از لحاظ دسترسی کمی مشکل داشت که قرار هست سال اینده ایستگاه جدید مترو درست روبروی هتل بهره برداری شود . استراحت در هتل بسیار لذت بخش بود . اتاق ها بسیار زیبا طراحی شده اند و تخت بسیار راحت بود ، صبحانه عالی بود و در بدو ورود کارکنان کمک کردند ، با میوه از ما پذیرایی کردند .
