The location is excellent. It's about 3 mins walk to Beijing Lu station with good connectivity to tourist attractions and shopping. Within walking distance is Beijing Road Pedestrian Street where you can find lots of food and shopping. The apartment itself is very clean, tidy and spacious and the host is very kind, friendly and helpful. I like that the apartment has 2 bathroom and a kitchen and equipped with a washing machine. The bed is clean, comfy and soft. If I do visit Guangzhou next time, I will stay here again.
To ensure you have a good stay, do make sure to contact the host via WeChat for check in process. Just a tip. The entrance of the apartment is back-to-back to 80 Zhuguang Road.

Apartment is not as nice as in the picture, it is a bit old than expected. Toilet is old and smelly .Plus point is there are quite a number of convenience shops around the area and customer service is good as they responded to our needs quite fast .

Overall the experienced to stay at this house was above average .
They can do a lot better to check on the cleanliness before the new guest check in . Also ,inform non local to prepare China phone number or provide us the second option to check in .we rather took 1 hour to process self check in end up overwrite the system for registration and on the room lighting .
Beside that , the bad experience during check in ,We were happy and enjoy on the rest of the day
Lastly, I want to give a plus point to the owner , they respond all our query very fast and help to solve the issue immediately.

The 3 bedroom apartment is comfortable for a group of 5. Owner is very responsive and attentive to any requests that we had. Location is close to many eateries. Recommend to book again when coming back to guangzhou.
