Unexpectedly but felt so warm. Since booking and text the staffs via WeChat they respond very quickly and happy to help and on the day checking in. They very helpful even I can see both they so busy. Even my Chinese is not good but they try to communicate with me. Room is for 6 people but we have 3 so, very comfortable, super clean. In front of the hotel have MRT that easy to access. Next time will book again.
