The staff was very friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay. When we requested something, they tried their best to accommodate us. They also safely stored our luggage on the last day of our trip. The room was clean and comfortable. They also have a self service laundry room! I would definitely come back again next time!

The room was spotless and had a lovely rose scent when I walked in. The layout was also great. Most importantly, the pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby all night! The price was very reasonable too. The front desk lady was super gentle and kind. After so many trips to Guangzhou, this is the first time I've felt truly comfortable in a hotel. Ms XiaoLiu and Ms Chen have been very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended for a good night stay. Room is clean and big. They even have menstrual pads just in case, good for ladies travellers.

Very nice hotel, close to all tianhe shopping malls area. Close to the subway station, around 8-10min walk, like 2blocks. The team are very nice and shows a lot of effort in accommodating us with our stay. Especially Liu and Chen, kudos to them! Super helpful and very fast in responding our requests! Will stay here again! Also another note, they provide tons of amenities in their lobby area and snacks n free breakfast!
