Excellent location, convenient public transportation, within walking distance to visit Xiguan Old Town. The hotel lobby has been renovated, but the room facilities are too simple. The room rate doubled (or tripled?) during the Chinese New Year. I booked two rooms, but one shower was blocked and the water was not flowing smoothly. I could only wash my hair in the basin, which was a new experience. The hotel is not too close to the subway station. There are many construction sites nearby, so it is a bit difficult to push suitcases. I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If you are going to renovate, please do not inform us when you check in. Very unsatisfactory stay, especially on the first day
1. No one answered the front desk phone. There was no quick dial on the room landline, so I couldn't get the front desk phone number. No one answered the phone numbers left on Ctrip and Dianping.com. No one responded to the messages online. I had no choice but to go to the front desk and gave a business card. The next day, I still couldn't get through.
