There are many famous tourist attractions nearby, such as Yongqingfang, Shamian Island, Shangxiajiu, etc., which are very convenient for travel. There is also 24-hour free self-service tea in the lounge area of ​​the lobby. The atmosphere is warm and suitable for relaxation. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable. I slept well at night and didn't recognize the bed at all. Every staff member I met had a good service attitude. The front desk will take the initiative to help with the luggage and provide detailed suggestions for surrounding tours. The room aunt will help with the laundry and send it back to the room in time. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

It is very convenient to stay here on a business trip. It is next to Liwan Park and very close to Yongqingfang. There are many places to eat and play around. Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street can be reached in just over ten minutes on foot.

Excellent location, convenient public transportation, within walking distance to visit Xiguan Old Town. The hotel lobby has been renovated, but the room facilities are too simple. The room rate doubled (or tripled?) during the Chinese New Year. I booked two rooms, but one shower was blocked and the water was not flowing smoothly. I could only wash my hair in the basin, which was a new experience. After reporting it to the front desk, I came back the next day and the situation was still the same, and the problem was not solved.

The hotel is not too close to the subway station. There are many construction sites nearby, so it is a bit difficult to push suitcases. The hotel was supposed to hand over the room at 2 o'clock, but when I checked in, it said that the room I booked would not be packed until 3 o'clock. We recommend I paid extra to upgrade the room. It was impossible to open the window and it was noisy and hot. It was a waste of money. Booking a room with windows is the same as booking a room without windows. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is a light meal. It is troublesome to go to the lobby to get it every morning. The angle of the shower in the bathroom can only spray towards the wall, but cannot spray on people at all. The force is too strong and cannot be adjusted. Really It’s hard to say enough that I won’t consider this hotel next time.

Please write it clearly on the reservation form! What's the point of telling us when you check in? It was already 10pm and all the hotels were full for the Canton Fair. This hotel does not have any extra quiet rooms. Giving earplugs is of no use at all!! It was so noisy in the morning that I couldn't help but check out. A lot of people were complaining in the elevator. If it was abroad, I would call the police!!
