The front desk staff, Xiao Li, was very attentive and dedicated, truly trustworthy.

The front desk lady was very polite, and the room environment was good.

The hotel was okay, but whatever you do, don't buy durian from the tricycle vendor at the complex entrance. It was all rind and giant seeds, with barely any flesh! What a rip-off! It looked like a lot when it was opened, but there was literally just a thin layer of flesh, and the seed was the size of a fist.

The service attitude was excellent, and the service was quite good. It's very close to the convention center.

Excellent value for money! The room's interior design was clean and stylish. My child loved the voice-activated features and had a great time playing with them. Breakfast offered some good options; though simple, it was nutritious and satisfying. It's super convenient for visiting the nearby Canton Tower and Exploration Factory with kids!

Struck gold on my business trip to Guangzhou! Five-star rating is a must! The location is absolutely fantastic, right near the Canton Fair Complex and Pazhou Exhibition Center. Commuting is super convenient, and there are plenty of transport options and dining choices nearby, making travel completely stress-free. The room was spacious and bright, with smart controls, an automatic toilet, a huge projection screen, and branded toiletries – every detail was meticulously thought out. The 24-hour gym and laundry room perfectly met my business travel needs; they really understand what a working professional needs! Service was excellent throughout: the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and the smart robot delivered items in a flash. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Canton Fair visit and will highly recommend it to my business partners!
