Traveling during the Chinese New Year peak season meant there weren't many family-friendly suite options available, so we chose this hotel right by the Canton Tower. Our flight arrived early, so we got to the hotel ahead of schedule. The staff informed us our room was still being cleaned and we'd have to wait. Because of the longer wait for our room key, the customer service team pleasantly surprised us by gifting us exclusive hotel water bottles and complimentary breakfast vouchers for the kids every day. The room was quite clean, and we received fresh fruit daily. The hotel facilities were decent, nothing exceptional. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, but the subway station is a bit of a walk, about 15 minutes. It also takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Canton Tower. I'd say this hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst a bustling area.

It's quite close to Canton Tower, about a 10-15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, perfect for dim sum in the morning and a stroll along the Pearl River at night. However, the room cleaning service was incredibly slow; our room wasn't ready even at 3 PM check-in.
