The hotel's design is truly "elegant" and has a very chill vibe; every corner is a photo-op. Waiting for elevators in high-rise hotels can be really trying, but the exclusive elevator for雅緻 (Yazhi) perfectly bypasses that annoyance. Going up and down is quiet and quick. The room design is even more exceptional – sophisticated, clean, hygienic, and thoughtful. The whole trip was enjoyable, and the butler service was excellent too. This is definitely a hotel I'll return to.

Watermelon Butler was incredibly patient and responsible, proactively offering all sorts of assistance and paying attention to every detail. I was very satisfied with the hotel. It's newly renovated, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food. All the facilities were well-maintained and a pleasure to use. The environment was meticulously cleaned and tidy, and my stay was quiet and comfortable. The surrounding area has a rich commercial district with diverse options for shopping and dining. Mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the 24-hour room service was efficient. The 'Watermelon Butler' (西瓜管家) was gentle and attentive, proactively noticing guest needs and adding me on WeChat to conveniently resolve any issues during my stay. The unique high-altitude viewing experience also created a fantastic ambiance. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

When we checked in, they offered us water and a fruit platter, which was a nice touch. Parking was super convenient, right in the building itself, you just go through the ground floor entrance. It's perfect for a short trip, allowing you to relax and enjoy without feeling rushed. The complimentary late-night noodles were a lifesaver, and the room was on a really high floor with a great view. Our butler, Liu Liu Liu, was fantastic! The free late-night snacks were great for filling us up, and it was so easy to go shopping with multiple malls nearby. Excellent service overall!

There's also free parking on the -4th floor, though you'll need to switch elevators if you're driving. The butler, '666 Customer Service', was very responsive to messages during my stay. The check-in staff were proactive in providing information about the hotel's services, which was nice. They also offered complimentary afternoon tea and simple late-night snacks like noodles and desserts. The high-floor views are beautiful too. Choosing to stay here was a very good decision!

The butler, '666', and the customer service were great, offering water upon arrival. The afternoon tea selection was fantastic, with exquisite sweet and savory pastries. Let's start with the pros: The late-night noodles: The supper was excellent 👍. There was congee, small dishes, and noodles... The kids said everything was delicious... Breakfast was decent, nothing special, but had all the essentials... Also, the butler, a young lady, was very good... She tried her best to accommodate guests' requests... The location is good; it's convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping right outside the hotel. Now for the cons: Getting from the underground parking to the room requires changing elevators three times, which is really troublesome... The few malls near the entrance are all clustered together, causing daily traffic jams... If you're driving, you need to inform the front desk daily to get free parking. One day we forgot, and it cost 50 yuan for one night... The robot 🤖 service needs improvement...
