Facilities: Very good. The TV has screen mirroring, the toilet flushes automatically and is very clean, and the shower is clean with good water pressure. Hygiene: Clean, no stains or mold, very bright. Environment: Easy to find, with food options nearby. The windows are large, and it's very close to Chimelong Safari Park. Service: Polite and friendly, very attentive. Deliveries can be brought to the room by a robot. Attached is a picture of a sleeping giant panda! 😁

The hotel is conveniently located near the north gate of Chimelong, about a 10-minute walk away. The facilities and environment are very new, and the smart home features are great for kids. Some amenities were missing and there were no umbrellas, which I hope they can improve on in the future.
