We booked a standard twin room for our family trip, and I honestly didn't have high expectations, but the check-in experience far exceeded them. The value for money was incredible, and I highly recommend it for families with kids. When we checked in, the front desk staff saw we had a child with us and thoughtfully provided a complimentary set of kids' toiletries. The soft-bristled toothbrush, toothpaste, and small slippers were all adorned with cute animal designs that our child immediately fell in love with and kept playing with – a truly warm and thoughtful detail. The twin room wasn't cramped at all, which is excellent for a location in Guangzhou. The two beds were clean and spacious, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the floor was non-slip, so we didn't have to worry about our child slipping. Housekeeping was meticulous, with no dust even in the corners. The soundproofing was also good, thanks to double-glazed windows, making for an extra quiet night's sleep. What our child loved most was the food at the hotel's buffet restaurant. We made sure to go for breakfast every day, and our child was particularly fond of the tofu pudding and pasta. The tofu pudding was silky smooth and perfectly sweet, without being overly cloying, and our child would always finish a full bowl. The pasta was cooked al dente, with a rich and savory sauce, and the portion size was just right for kids – they'd always clean their plate. The restaurant also thoughtfully provided kids' bowls and spoons, and the serving area was at a suitable height, making it easy for children to pick up food themselves. The variety of dishes was extensive, with a good mix of meat, vegetables, fruits, and drinks, so adults were satisfied too. The staff throughout our stay were gentle and patient. They responded quickly to any requests and were never dismissive. To have such a comprehensive family-friendly stay in a standard room, with food that children adore, made for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we bring our family, and I strongly recommend it to all parents traveling with children.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! I stayed for several days during my trip to Guangzhou and it was so comfortable that I just kept extending my stay. Everything was perfect. The location is the biggest highlight – it's incredibly close to Kecun Metro Station, so you won't be tired carrying your luggage. You can take the subway directly to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making it easy to get to all the major attractions in the city. There's also a cute robot service at the front desk that can carry a lot of items on its three tiers. With just one call, the front desk can send the robot up to your room – perfect for someone lazy like me! The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and efficient with quick check-in. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's really ideal for tourists or short stays in Guangzhou. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, I truly recommend it to everyone!

I just realized it's been quietly evolving – Atour has launched a new 'Price Drop Refund, Pay the Difference' service. If you book through their official channels and the price drops, you automatically get a refund. From the moment you book until 6 AM on the day of check-in, if there's a price drop, the difference is automatically credited back to your account. If the price drops after 6 AM on check-in day, you get points that can be redeemed for cash. This basically means the system monitors prices for you, so you don't have to worry about losing out by booking early. For someone like me who loves to plan trips in advance, I can finally book without constantly worrying if I'm paying too much. It’s been a while since I've had the pleasure of booking without a second thought like this!

Our check-in experience was great, and the kids absolutely loved it! When we checked out, we were even given small bottles of water, which was super convenient. The lobby has a good selection of books, perfect for kids to take up to their rooms to read. There were so many options to choose from, we loved it! They even gave us a small fan as a gift when we checked out. So thoughtful!
