Front desk not helpful at all.
Room is small, old and shortage of electrical switch socket.
WiFi is bad.
Full of electric bicycle darting around the surrounding areas.

The hotel is pretty good with rich amenities. There is a parking lot beside the hotel which would need to pay extra. The hotel room charges doesn’t include it. Hassle free check-in , and welcoming front desk staff.

Room is quite old and not clean at all. Hotel is located in market area, so it's noisy at late night and in early morning. There was stain on the floor in our room and it had not been cleaned until we left. Shower room has no door, no bath mat. Staffs can not communicate in English.

reception staff entertains all our needs. location has a lot of restaurants nearby. walking distance from metro subway station.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and comfort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was convenient to nearby restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the area.
