Attention every one This hotel have only one reason for stay is location otherwise no reason for stay . If you want to good service and clean everything then you have to avoid this hotel - worst experience i have ever made 😒 Receptionist think like a owner of this hotel and they say too much question and they have no manner 🥸 In front of the main gate you have to jump for enter the lobby 🤣 If i say everything then list is too much big 🫣 so just avoid this hotel 👌

Hotel has several different names, could not find the address easily. Hotel receptionists make visitors to go police station to confirm their international passport and take photos of visitors during check in. And they take 200 yuan deposit. Terrible. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The only good thing part is the location.

The best hotel for budget travellers, Specially the location. Just near of metro station. You can moov any where of Guangzhou easily..

It’s not a 5 star 😂 it’s decent place to stay in when you’re on business. It’s clean and close to the market. The guy in a reception was helpful. Thanks I had a great time.

The room is clean and nice but too much noise and this I couldn’t sleep well, it is better for the Boss to seal well for noise reduce,

Stayed 2night and was a last minute booking as plans had changed, room was definitely what you pay for and less. Judging from the pictures on the website the place looked fine and decided on this place because how convenient it was to subway station just outside, easy to get shops & restaurants ect. The location was awesome! But that was the only thing I could find that made the stay okay here. Staff not very approachable I don’t know if it was because they were busy at the time of check in or if it was the language barrier. Room review: pictures on the website very deceiving, the first thing I noticed walking into the room was the walls were so dirty, the sink had like some grimy stuff in it and wasn’t sure why there was a sink but no tap ? Aircon very out dated was dirty and filters were covered in dust, paint all chipped off walls or some walls like underneath the bench looked like the wall had been ripped out and never repaired. Bathroom was okay abit of tough stains on bathroom seals but wasn’t too bothered untill closed the bath room door and walls were also dirty looked like something splattered on the wall and was left for a few days. Overall place is very out dated and creepy vibes walking through the corridors dark and dull, one small washing machine on the floor. One elevator and very slow. Location was the best thing about this stay.

For the money, this hotel is normal but the cleanliness is questionable. Room had a very bad smell and washroom was disgusting. But location is good, you can get to shoes, watch and clothes markets easily.

Convenient location next to the metro sanyunali station. Quiet environment. Good place to stay.

The negligence during check-in… The front desk knocked on my door on a beautiful Sunday morning and asked to verify my foreign passport. Is there no better solution? Why disturb the morning time… Second, the front desk did not inform that visitors are not allowed after 11pm… At the same time, even if there are visitors, they must register. This incident is abominable. Cannot function well all the plugs

Staff are so rude and service is horrible . Every room has bad smell . No one help to get rid of this

The front office was awful!!! I stayed there for a week and one lady charged me for a double bed and gave me single. I complained about the room being small and bad shower but she ignored me. When checking out they treated me like a criminal!! Other than location the hotel is trash and old dirty with very Poor customer service!!!
